At some point in a business owners life there comes a time to make the decision to sell the company. We discuss how and when to recognize that this might be the time and to act on it. There are occasions where a loan modification (extending the term, rate change or principal reduction) or forbearance agreements may provide the short or long term fix necessary to avoid foreclosure.
