Galon D. Miller is president and managing partner of ALLYNE Group, LLC a Twin Cities based, professional services company focused on dramatically improving the performance of small and mid-size organizations. With 32 years of experience in both business and technology, Galon has spent the most recent 15 years applying his certifications in Strategic Thinking from the AMA (American Management Association) to various management roles in the manufacturing, high-tech, and consulting services industries. Utilizing proprietary methods, ALLYNE Group’s Strategic Performance Management (SPM) is the alignment of Strategic Goals with the daily activities of employees. SPM combines Strategic Planning (Strategy) and Operational Performance (Execution) into a single discipline that provides the entire organization with the tools and disciplines needed to balance strategy with execution – consistently and repeatedly. Prior to co-founding ALLYNE Group, Galon held executive and individual-contributor positions with Microsoft Corporation, BORN Information Services, Nielsen Media, Dun & Bradstreet, and Donnelley Marketing. Mr. Miller has successfully led companies, departments, and projects with teams ranging between 5 and 110 employees with revenues ranging from $2MM to $50MM in size. As a Vietnam Veteran of the US Navy, Mr. Miller endeavors to support today’s troops with business planning assistance. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a major in Education, and a minor in Business Management, graduating with Honors with Distinction - Sigma cum laude.
