Joe Reilly

Joe Reilly is President and Founder of Payroll Control Systems, a Minnesota payroll processing and human resource management services company with offices in  Minneapolis, MN, Phoenix, Seattle and Spokane, WA.  A graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN, Joe has forty years of Information Systems and Accounting experience, including sales and management positions with such notables as IBM, Control Data, and Cap Gemini America (Ernst & Young).  Joe’s community involvement in the past has included positions as Club Service Chair for Rotary, President of Variety Club-The International Children’s Charity and Chair of the Board of Variety Children’s Hospital at the University of Minnesota, and President of the Minnesota Information Professional Society.  Joe currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce is Surprise, AZ, and board member of the Twin Cities Division of the March of Dimes.  Additionally, he serves on both the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and TwinWest Chamber Political Action Boards.   Special recognition includes the 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Greater Minneapolis Area Chamber of Commerce, and runner-up Small Business of the Year.  Prior recognition includes 1999 TwinWest Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Bravo Award, and write-ups in Nation’s Business, Minnesota Business & Opportunities Magazine, Minneapolis’ City Business Journal, Phoenix Today, and the University of St. Thomas - Graduate School of Business Journal.   A native of Chicago, Illinois, Joe and his wife Pat split their time between Minnesota and Arizona. Joe’s hobbies include golf, cooking, oil painting and travel.
