Stan believes: “Commercial Real Estate is a local business.  The majority of Bastion’s business comes from relationships that have taken many years to develop, not from information available on my computer”. Over the last 15 years Stan has experienced all sides of the Commercial Real Estate transaction.  Bastion assists clients in Buying, Selling, Leasing, and Investment Analysis. They’ll combine the technology and resources of a large firm with the Hometown involvement and attentive service of a small one.  As Managing Partner in three other Real Estate Investment Groups, Stan knows what it’s like to be the “client”, and better understands what business owners, investors, and tenants face on a daily basis.  When he’s away from Commercial Real Estate, Stan enjoys: Boating, Fishing, The Theatre, all sporting events, long weekends at the cabin, and tinkering in the garage.
