Bob is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Payroll Control Systems, a Minnesota based service bureau specializing in Time & Labor, Payroll, and HR Management Solutions.  Since 1982, Bob has been active in the payroll industry with both national and local companies in the positions of sales, sales management, branch management and ownership.  Throughout this period, he has helped thousands of businesses transition from manual or in-house processing to out-sourcing their payroll.  Bob has also formed multiple successful business ventures including Real Estate Technology Connection, Willbanks Real Estate, and PayDay of Minnesota, Inc.  Bob’s hobbies include golf, biking, travel, and enjoying time with his family.
