Charles A. Weinstein (known as “Chad”) is director of the Hill Center for Ethical Business Leadership, an organization dedicated to helping organizations prosper through a strategic commitment to ethics and social responsibility.  The Hill Center focuses on the positive side of ethics, helping leaders and organizations move beyond compliance to pursue greatness. Prior to founding the Hill Center in 2007, Weinstein spent over 15 years as a consultant and manager, most recently as Vice President of Client Services at Guideline, Inc.  He has worked in a wide range of industries, from consumer products to mining and petroleum extraction, and from medical devices to heavy equipment manufacturing.  Weinstein holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in ethics from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

On the subject of his Ph.D., Weinstein’s six-year-old daughter is fond of reminding him, “you’re only half a doctor, because you can’t help sick people.
