David graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1992, and has earned his masters’ degrees from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and from the University of Minnesota in Financial planning and Business taxation, respectively. David joined Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company LLP in 2005 after working for ten years with a national and local public accounting firm. David has worked with a wide variety of business entities ranging from publicly traded corporations to closely held family businesses to ensure that their tax needs are fulfilled for both compliance requirements and planning opportunities. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
