Customized E-Learning Programs
September 17, 2009
Patrick Opatz and Lorrie MacGillivray from MN State Colleges and Universities tell us about programs available to help businesses provide training for their employees. Many programs are available thru standard classroom programs but many others are available online so that employees can participate in them after hours. Some of the programs are blended to include some classroom time and some online time to complete the training. They are also available to help create e-training programs for business which can be used in an e-training format for new employees joining the company or starting new positions.
