She is the team lead for eMagine, the Century College customized eTraining group; she is also a founding member of the Metro Alliance for Customized and Continuing Education eTeam. MacGillivray s skills include instructional design for eLearning, writing for eLearning, print and video, and eLearning project management. MacGillivray has a bachelor s degree from the University of Iowa and a master s degree in adult learning from the University of Minnesota.
