Tom is the Founder, Managing Partner and a Principal of Vector and is a member of Vector's investment committee responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. He is also the creator of the PensionTRAC system, the second application he has developed for the financial services industry. This software provides customized retirement plan projections, detailed allocation structure, and realistic investment guidance for individuals at or near retirement. He has served on national advisory boards, speaks at a number of professional investment conferences, and has written or contributed to a number of articles. He holds a BS degree in Business Finance from the University of Colorado.
