As Executive Vice President and Director of Sales, David Krause is responsible for the development and implementation of Beacon Bank’s sales culture and strategy. He oversees sales training, develops and manages relationships with prospective customers and directs all sales operations for Beacon Bank, including management of the bank’s 17-member sales team. He is responsible for coaching, mentoring and motivating the team members and helping them achieve goals for their clients. David also is a member of Beacon Bank's senior leadership team member and is a director. In addition, he manages a loan portfolio of business banking clients. He is a strong believer in developing long-term relationships, and several of his clients have worked with him for more than 15 years.
